"Felt overpriced and kind of on me to deal with"
The stuff itself was fine, but the prices felt a little too high for what I got. Then shipping ended up being more than I expected, which made it feel even less worth it. I also didn’t love that the whole thing kind of felt like it was my problem to just accept the extra cost. I might order again if there’s a decent sale, but I wouldn’t pay full price.

I ordered a few candle supplies, and yeah, I got the wrong wax and the wrong sizes. The packing slip was right, right, but what was actually in the box didn’t match at all. Now I’ve got to wait again and deal with returns, which is just annoying, annoying. Not really what I paid for

"They always seem to be out of the things I actually need"
I don’t know if I just have bad timing or what, but this keeps happening whenever I place an order. Once again, a good chunk of the items I needed ended up being out of stock, and this time it was basically half my order. It’s really frustrating because I take the time to pick everything out, thinking I’m all set, and then later I find out a bunch of it isn’t available after all. I get that items can sell out, but when it happens this often, it makes ordering feel like more of a hassle than it should be

From what I remember, I had a couple items in my order that didn’t work out, so I had to return part of it. The return process felt a little slower than it should’ve, and I did end up having to follow up once, which was a bit frustrating at the time.
That said, customer service did get back to me and took care of it. The refund eventually came through, and they were polite about the whole thing. Not the smoothest return I’ve had, but they did fix the issue, so I’d give them 4 stars
"Shipping was surprisingly quick"
I ordered from procandlesupply.com and had a good feeling about it, so I trusted my instinct and went for it. the shipping was faster than I expected. I figured there might be a delay, but my order showed up in just a few days and everything was packed nicely. Really happy with the experience and I’d definitely order again.

"Better Than I Expected"
I wasn’t sure if the scents would actually match the descriptions, but they really do. The throw is stronger than I expected too, and the whole thing smells spot on. i’m really happy with it.

"Packaging was okay, but I wasn’t sure what to do next"
The packaging was alright overall, but the box felt kind of thin and one of the jars ended up cracked. I was disappointed, and what made it more annoying was that it wasn’t really clear what the next steps were for reporting it or getting a replacement

"Support was fine, just kind of slow"
Customer service did get back to me and they were helpful once they replied, so I can’t really complain too much. It just took longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating because I kept checking my email like I was waiting for concert tickets or something. Anyway, they sorted it out in the end, but faster replies would definitely make the experience better.

I’ve ordered a few times now, and the quality hasn’t been very consistent. Some of the wax and scents were totally fine, but others just felt a little off. It’s not terrible, but I don’t really want to keep doing the extra work of figuring out which ones are actually good every time I order.
